In order to complete the online application form, you will need documents listed below at the start of the application process:-

1. A copy of your governing document – Example
2. A copy of your latest annual accounts or income/expenditure document- Example & Template
3. A copy of a recent bank statement for your group (dated within the preceding three months)- Example
4. A list of your Trustees/Directors/Management Committee Members – Asked within application
5. A copy of your current safeguarding policy -Example/Template
